One Story A Day is an independent personal project where I select any ordinary thing and create a story around it. One Story A Day project is meant to demonstrate how business and product storytelling can be done & how effective it is. I do one product story every day 🙂
For all the happy, comfort-loving bums like me, socks work two ways:
::They keep the feet warm and clean so we save 10-seconds of extra effort of scrubbing them in the shower – the socks take all the dirt for us, god bless ’em
::They make wearing shoes unnecessary for short, quick situations like stepping out of the house just to throw something in the dumpster or going into the backyard for a quick secret phone call.
I tore my last ones in just one of those backyard visits last time.
My friend Lucy was night-overing at my place, so naturally we had to do important stuff women do.
Late at night, sitting bra-less, in just our hosiery negligées, underwear and socks, sipping on hot cocoa, and telling how we wanted to fuck this guy and that guy, we spontaneously decided to write on a little piece of paper 7 things we wanted from life and to bury that paper in the backyard.
We tiptoed to the backyard, with the torchlight lit on my smartphone, we found a spot right under that old giant of a tree, and started digging, first with our hands and then with random wooden sticks that were strewn all over the yard.
I’m not sure if burying wish lists works.
But it’s exciting to do it carelessly at night.
